1. Information We Do Not Collect
MyHomeTaxRelief is built on a simple premise: you should be able to analyze your property tax situation without giving us anything personal in return. We do not collect, store, or save:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers
- Property addresses you enter into the analysis tool
- Assessment data, comparable sales results, or appeal reports generated for your property
- IP addresses linked to specific property lookups
- Any information you enter into our forms
2. How Property Lookups Work
When you enter an address into our Property Analysis Tool, the request is processed in real-time through the ATTOM Data Solutions API — a third-party property data provider. The data returned (assessed values, comparable sales, market estimates) is displayed to you immediately and is not stored on our servers.
Each lookup is a stateless, one-time transaction. We have no record of which addresses have been searched or by whom.
3. No Account Required
We do not require you to create an account, register, or log in to use any feature of MyHomeTaxRelief. There is no user database, no password storage, and no user profiles of any kind.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or profiling purposes. We do not run retargeting ads, and we do not share data with advertising networks.
We may use basic, anonymous website analytics (such as page view counts and aggregate traffic patterns) solely to understand how the site is being used and to improve it. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual visitors.
5. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise distribute any user data to third parties — because we don't have any user data to share.
Third-party services we use operate under their own privacy policies:
- ATTOM Data Solutions — property data API provider. Queries sent to their API are governed by ATTOM's privacy policy.
- Payment processor — if you choose to make a voluntary donation, the transaction is handled securely by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your payment card information. Donation amounts are processed directly by the payment provider.
- Analytics provider — if basic anonymous analytics are enabled, they are subject to that provider's privacy policy. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.
6. Donation Transactions
Voluntary donations help keep this tool free. If you choose to donate, your payment is processed entirely by a secure, third-party payment processor. We receive only a notification that a donation was made. We do not store, see, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or any other payment information.
7. Children's Privacy
This site is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date below. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
